Bill Kelley

Bill Kelley

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Kelley has more than 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry focusing primarily on cementation equipment. Kelley started his career as a field service representative, then quickly evolved through several management positions. In his 28 years with Davis-Lynch, Inc., Kelley held numerous positions, including his final position as Vice President of Operations. He joined Antelope in 2013 as the company’s Vice-President of Sales and Operations, and was named CEO in September 2014. His hobbies include golf, fishing, coaching youth athletics, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Chris Ruffner

Chris Ruffner

Chief Financial Officer

Ruffner has spent the last 15 years focusing on the oil and gas sector, and has held numerous Chief Financial Officer positions. He recently was the Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer for TRF Energy Solutions, and was Chief Financial Officer of Accelerated Companies during its acquisition to Dover Corporation prior to that. Ruffner has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Global Energy Services, a drilling rig and equipment manufacturer; and from 2001 to 2008, he worked for GE Vetco Gray, where he served in various commercial and financial roles and completed international assignments in Aberdeen, Scotland and Oslo, Norway. Other previous companies include Industrial Technology, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ruffner received a B.S. in Mathematics from Davidson College and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant. His hobbies include golf, traveling and spending time with his four active children.

Greg Roger

Greg Roger

Vice President – Sales & Operations

A veteran in the cementing accessories industry, Greg Roger is Antelope's Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations. Roger worked in technical sales and numerous other roles, in his almost 20 years with Weatherford. Following a two-year stint as a global demand planner with Halliburton, Roger joined Antelope as Executive Vice President - GOM in mid-2013. He accepted his current position in September, 2014. His hobbies include hunting and fishing, and playing golf.

Iain Levie

Iain Levie

Vice President – Global Technical Services

Iain Levie joined Antelope in September, 2014 as Vice President of Global Technical Services. For nearly two decades, Levie acted as a district manager and technology champion for Halliburton. He also worked as a commercial manager for Protech Centerform Ltd. Levie holds a B.A. from the University of Aberdeen and an L.L.M. from the University of Washington. He is fluent in French and holds two patents for wellbore centralization tools.

Brent Lirette

Brent Lirette

Vice President of Engineering

Brent Lirette has more than 42 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Starting his career with cementing products at Gemoco, later acquired by Weatherford, Brent held several positions within the engineering department, including Product Line Engineering Manager. His focus was mostly on research and development of cementing products – float equipment, stage tools, cementing plugs, and centralizers. Brent has been a member of API Committee 10 on Oil Well Cements since 1985, and received certificates of appreciation from ISO Technical Committee 67 for his participation as Project Leader for the development of International Standard ISO 10427-1:2001 in the petroleum and natural gas industries – Part 1: bow-spring casing centralizers. He was also awarded a certificate of appreciation for being a Project Leader in the development of the International Standard ISO 10427-2:2003 in the petroleum and natural gas industries – Part 2: centralizer placement and stop-collar testing.

Brent graduated from Nicholls State University in 1972 with a B.S. in Engineering Science and completed his Master of Business Administration degree in 1984. He is the inventor or co-inventor on 14 patents involving float valves, stage tools, centralizer subs, and other well construction products or processes.

Troy McDaniel

Vice President of Manufacturing - External Casing Attachments

An experienced manufacturer of casing and cementing tools, Troy McDaniel is Antelope's Vice President of Manufacturing for External Casing Attachment Equipment. McDaniel started his career at Weatherford, and in 1993, he joined Antelope where he has held numerous positions in the manufacturing field. As a part of our engineering and patents team, he has been awarded four patents related to casing attachments as a co-inventor. McDaniel's hobbies include riding and caring for his horses, fishing, target shooting and spending quality time with his family.
